Meet Toronto Insider: Mariah Amber

Mariah Amber is entering her tenth season working for the Toronto Raptors, currently the official in-arena host and formerly their NBA dance captain. This year is Mariah's fifth season as the official choreographer for the Raptors 905 GLeague dance team, the Sauga City Dancers.

In 2016, she was the only dancer selected to represent the Toronto Raptors on the NBA All-Star Dance Team for the historic NBA All-Star Weekend in Toronto.

Mariah aspires to encourage her community through media, art, fitness and leadership, proudly wearing the role model title. She uses her platform to connect with viewers, uplift and represent the next generation of hardworking females in the sports industry. Mariah continues to push the female narrative in sports.
