We invite you to complete your application to join the Toronto tourism community. Our Membership Team will review your application and once approved, a representative will be in touch with the next steps.

Membership Information

We offer three membership options to suit different business types and locations:

Business Membership (Toronto-Based) – No Fee

  • Open to tourism and hospitality businesses operating in Toronto
  • Includes businesses that provide services to visitors while they are in Toronto
  • Eligible for all membership benefits, including governance opportunities

Business Membership (Outside of Toronto) – $599 Annual Fee

  • Available to consumer-facing businesses that provide services outside of the City of Toronto but within 150KM of Toronto City Hall
  • Eligible for marketing and networking opportunities but not governance participation
  • Accommodations and venues outside of Toronto are not eligible to join membership 

Affiliate Membership – No Fee

  • Available to BIAs, tourism or business associations, chambers, universities and colleges, and municipalities
