Toronto is gearing up to become one giant viewing party during FIFA World Cup 2026™. Whether you want a high-energy crowd, a family-friendly screening or a casual patio vibe, there’s a watch party for every kind of fan. Here’s where Torontonians can gather, cheer and experience the tournament together.
1. Landmark Cinemas

Coca-Cola Canada and Landmark Cinemas are hosting official viewing events across four theatres in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Expect a theatre-style fan experience. The best part? It’s free!
2. Canada’s Wonderland

When you buy a ticket to Canada’s Wonderland on a match day—there are over 104 games scheduled!—you can attend their watch party for free. Pair your fan energy with themed food, plus rides before and after, too.
3. Humber College Polytechnique

Humber College’s Lakeshore campus, in the city’s west end, is a Host City Supporter of FIFA World Cup 2026™ and will host official viewing parties that are free and open to the public. The vibe? A relaxed lakefront experience.
4. Humber College Recital Hall

If you want a guaranteed seat and a cozier atmosphere, Humber College will also be screening matches inside their intimate 140-seat indoor venue Recital Hall. A paid ticket is required.
5. Real Sports Bar and Grill

Real Sports is a popular sports bar in downtown Toronto that screens everything from the Jays and Raptors to the Leafs and now the FIFA World Cup 2026™. Expect large crowds, big screens and a downtown atmosphere.
6. Woodbridge Fairgrounds
June 12-14, 2026
Organized by the non-profit organization All About Vaughan, this event will include bouncy castles for the kiddos, food and beverage vendors and a large outdoor viewing area. Admission is $10 and goes toward supporting the local community.
7. Nathan Phillips Square

The City of Toronto is inviting soccer fans to watch free matches in the most iconic city location: Nathan Phillips Square. And join in on the fun by playing some footy on the square’s mini pitch.
8. City of Mississauga
Entire tournament
This free, public multi-site viewing series will show matches in large outdoor community spaces across the City of Mississauga like Celebration Square.
9. Left Field Brewery
Entire tournament
This free watch party series at a popular west-end brewery will feature soccer, of course, alongside music, on-site games like cornhole and Jenga, plus craft beer, pub fare and a social crowd.
10. Scarborough Civic Centre
June 12 and 20, 2026
White Haven Community Club Corp. plans to host two free, volunteer-led community watch parties for Scarborough residents inside the Council Chamber of the local Civic Centre.
11. Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre
Select dates
J Athletics Canada Inc. and the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre are partnering to host family-friendly match screenings in North York alongside local performers, guest athletes and community programming.
12. Garden Square

This free event in Brampton will pair a watch party alongside a mini soccer court for drop-in play between games.
13. Civic Park and Whitby Soccer Dome
June 12 and 18, 2026
Bring your own lawn chair to these free viewing parties in Whitby. In addition to the big screen and speakers to watch your favourite teams battle it out, there will be a kids’ zone and a few local food trucks.

Head to one of the city’s hottest downtown patios for a lively open-air viewing. They’ve also got pub fare and an extensive drink menu.

Taking place in a Green P parking lot and hosted by the Broadview Danforth BIA, this family-friendly viewing party invites locals to bring their own lawn chair, plus takeout from local restaurants and bakeries to cheer on Team Canada.
16. Sankofa Square
June 17 and 23, 2026
Join soccer fans young and old at a free public screening in another iconic Toronto locale: Sankofa Square. Local food vendors are also expected to be on-site.
17. Aga Khan Museum
Entire tournament
One of the city’s top museums will be hosting free viewing parties for up to 600 people. Although the museum has an on-site café, there will be additional food vendors at the event to ensure spectators have a variety of food options.
18. Mel Lastman Square

Organized by the Yonge North York BIA, this free community event will screen the Germany vs. Cote d’Ivorie match, alongside kids’ activities, a DJ and cultural dance performances.
19. Distillery District restaurants

Come for the soccer matches—on the patios of El Catrin, Pure Spirits, Madrina and Cluny—stay to explore the city’s historic Distillery District.
20. Jamii Esplanade
June 12 and July 14, 15, 18 and 19, 2026
Located near St. Lawrence Market, the non-profit organization Jamii will be hosting small viewing parties in their office space for the local community.
21. Scadding Court Community Centre
Entire tournament
This Dundas Street community centre will transform its 3,000-square-foot parking lot and adjacent main street corridor into a vibrant space that will feature match screenings, local artists and performers and international food pop-ups.
22. Evergreen Brick Works

During the tournament, Evergreen Brick Works will host six watch parties of the Toronto-based games. On June 12, in partnership with Visa, there will be interactive activations (think: photo booth, soccer games), food and beverage options and more.
23. Scotiabank Arena

Known for hosting Leafs and Raptors games, Scotiabank Arena will offer large-scale indoor screenings of select games throughout the tournament. High-capacity, high-energy.
24. Alexandra Park Neighbourhood Learning Centre

Taking place on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and during the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Final match, this community centre-run event called Flavours of the Game will feature viewings, of course, plus food vendors, performances and family-friendly activities.
25. Beaches International Jazz Festival

This world-renowned festival will pair music and food that spans the globe with free soccer match viewings on the World Stage.
26. Reggae Lane

Put on by the Canadian Reggae Music Association in the city’s iconic Reggae Lane, Multiculturalism Day in Little Jamaica celebrates cultural diversity through curated food and an education walking tour and this year—a celebratory public viewing of soccer matches.
27. Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto

As part of a five-week initiative called One City, One Game, Many Cultures, the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto will host a free public viewing in their 600-seat theatre and 1,200-seat multi-purpose hall.

The city’s waterfront will be home to soccer-themed public art and exhibitions throughout the tournament, plus match viewing parties at Concert Stage with pre-game concerts and DJ sets.

As part of a five-week pop-up series, the Cabbagetown BIA will transform the neighbourhood into a community hub for jazz nights, trivia evenings, artisan markets, open-air sketching and, of course, soccer public viewing parties.

George Brown College is the hub for Pride House Toronto, a safe space for the 2SLGBTQI+ community to watch games and participate in fun and educational sports activities.

The Together on Geary event is all about community and creativity: live music, dance, art, workshops, interactive activities and soccer viewing parties.
32. YZD Community Centre
June 12 and July 18–19, 2026
The Wilson Village BIA is hosting a soccer watch party as part of the Toronto BIAs Unite to Welcome the World program. The events will take place at YZD, a 370-acre revitalization of the former Downsview Airport, which has transformed an airfield into a vibrant mixed-use space.

A Little Italy institution, Café Diplomatico has been bringing soccer fans together for decades. Grab a seat on the patio or inside the bustling café to catch matches alongside a passionate crowd, Italian fare and plenty of game-day energy.

Hosted by Scarborough Love Org as part of their second annual I Love Scarborough Festival, this event combines match viewings with multicultural entertainment—including salsa, lion dance performances and Bollywood showcases—plus global food vendors and carnival rides.

Right in the heart of downtown, Toronto’s busiest shopping mall is turning soccer fever into a full fan experience with free match viewings, live music and face painting on Toronto match days, plus an opportunity to test your skills at the Fast Feet soccer challenge.
36. Lawrence Ave. E. and Birchmount Rd.

Taste of Lawrence (TOL), Scarborough’s largest street festival, is getting a soccer-themed twist this year. Alongside international food vendors, live entertainment and midway rides, the new TOL Soccer Hub will feature watch parties, interactive soccer activities and a mini pitch for fans of all ages.
37. First Unitarian Congregation of Toronto

Cheer on Team Canada at this free, family-friendly watch party at First Unitarian Congregation of Toronto. The community gathering will screen Canada's opening match against Bosnia and Herzegovina on the big screen and welcome fans of all ages.
38. The Bentwood at The Second City
June 19 and 27, 2026
The restaurant inside the infamous sketch comedy theatre is hosting select match screenings featuring Arab nations. Paid tickets are required, but it includes a $30 food and beverage credit.
39. Earlscourt Park
July 18–19, 2026
As part of the city’s annual event celebrating all things Brazil, there will be soccer match viewings as part of the tournament’s final weekend. In between matches, sample the best of Brazilian music, dance and food.
40. Woodside Square
June 19–21, 2026
Head to the city’s east side for Scarborough Soccer Fun Fest for a summer night market vibe that will feature soccer-themed activities, food, shopping and, of course, match viewings.
41. Bloordale Village
July 18–19, 2026
This year’s Big on Bloor Festival—which takes place along Bloor St. between Dufferin and Lansdowne—is happening the final weekend of the tournament, so it should come as no surprise that alongside their usual live performances and public art projects, there will be soccer match parties as well.
42. University of Toronto St. George Campus
Select dates
Pack your picnic blanket, snacks and your pals for these free outdoor match screenings at the University of Toronto’s Front Campus, an iconic wide-open green space in the centre of the school’s grounds. Currently there are plans to screen all of Team Canada’s round one matches.
43. Birchmount Community Centre
June 12, 2026
In partnership with Eat More Scarborough and Scarborough Arts, the Birchmount Community Centre parking lot will be home to one of the city’s liveliest watch parties. There will also be live entertainment, local art, music and more.
44. Zawadi Farm

Taking place at an urban farm in Downsview Park, Africa Village will screen all matches featuring African teams, like Senegal, Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire. There will also be a vendor market, cultural showcase and performances celebrating all things African.
45. Toronto Zoo
June 20–21, 2026
The Boys and Girls Club of East Scarborough are putting on their first-ever Scarborough One Love Fest at the Toronto Zoo. The event will have live performances, artisan markets, food vendors, plus soccer watch parties inside the Wildlife Marquee. Free with zoo admission.

As an Official Host City Supporter, Ontario Power Generation is hosting a series of free community watch parties across the province. Each location will also have music, giveaways, games and activities, plus food for purchase.
