Crystal’s Top Toronto Picks
Top Toronto restaurants: MICHELIN-appointed Bib Gourmand Sunny's Chinese was such an awesome speakeasy in Chinatown. The staff was amazing, and the food was unlike anything I've ever had before. Plus, the view from 1 Hotel was incredible, and their food is really good too.
Hidden Toronto gem: Queen Street is so much fun, vintage shopping, dive bars and good food. The awesome Graffiti Alley right off Queen is a must-see.
Can’t-miss Toronto attraction: The spirit of Toronto can be felt at a Blue Jays game. It was packed on a Friday night, and everyone was decked out in their gear. They really got the crowd involved. After the game, the party continues outside the stadium with live street music and tons of bars and restaurants to keep the night going.
I was also pleasantly amazed with the Bata Shoe Museum. Their collection is insane, spanning from 1000 BC, to their 80’s collection, to how shoes play a role in crime and detective work. 10/10 would recommend.
