Konjiki Hototogisu was first opened in Tokyo, Japan in 2006, by chef Atsushi Yamamoto.
Menu favourites include our signature clam mild shio, wagyu ramen, tonkotsu ramen and lobster gyoza. The signature clam mild shio ramen earned a Michelin star in Tokyo for four consecutive years from 2019 to 2023, after receiving Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition from 2015 to 2018. Our tori paitan is a rich chicken soup ramen topped with chicken chashu, and it's exclusive to our Toronto location.
