Here in the historic meeting place of Toronto, DROM is at the intersection of the bold Canadian experiment in multiculturalism, openness, tolerance, and togetherness, particularly given the strident growth of identitarian nationalism. DROM represents the hopes and dreams of generations of immigrants who risked everything for a better future here in Canada, on land we share with the historic stewards across Turtle Island. DROM represents a radically tolerant future, where all humans of all backgrounds and identities are welcome, as we know we share the common language of food, dance, music and community. DROM is where we want to be, where we are, and where we are all going.
