• AccessNow Verified Review: The main entrance to Coca-Cola Coliseum is accessible. There are no automatic features but the doors are propped open when there is a ticketed event happening. All people entering, including support workers, must have a valid ticket to the event (subject to standard event pricing). The venue is happy to provide a wheelchair escort from the gate to your seats if requested. There are accessible seating options in the 100 and 300 level, and both of these sections offer excellent vantage points. Unfortunately, the venue's policy does not allow wheelchair users on the floor level during concerts. If you need to switch your non-accessible tickets for accessible ones, you can do so by visiting Fan Services located just inside the main entrance, behind section 117. You can head to Fan Services if you need to be escorted to a quiet space. Additionally, you are welcome to grab a sensory bag here, which includes fidget tools, noise canceling headphones, and a weighted pad. There are accessible washrooms in the 100 and 300 level concourse. There are gendered washrooms with accessible stalls, as well as universal family washrooms. Neither of these options have automatic door openers. Coca-Cola Coliseum is a short walk from Exhibition GO train station, as well as the 509 and 511 streetcar stop.
