Consistently ranked as one of the country’s best restaurants, this Summerlicious favourite offers up a veritable showcase of Canadian cuisine – and this year’s menu is no exception featuring local Prairie Beef Carpaccio Crostini with balsam fir crusted beef, horseradish cream, bone marrow croquette, pickled mushrooms, caper berries and pine oil.
