Here for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour? Try these 10 Taylor-inspired ways to explore the wellness side of Toronto.
Taylor Swift performs for over three solid hours at each stop in her Eras Tour, yet she somehow makes it look effortless. Healthy habits and self-care are undoubtedly priorities for the artist, helping to ensure she can give her all at each show.
From getting physical and eating well to practicing mindfulness and grabbing quality zzz’s, here are 10 ways you (or Taylor!) can enjoy the best in fitness and self-care that Toronto has to offer.

Run to Trillium Park
To prepare for the Eras Tour, Swift ran on a treadmill, singing her entire set list out loud. This is for you if you want to run for less than 3.5 hours (and sport running shoes rather than the sparkly three-inch heels she wears on stage).
Consider banging out a few kilometres along the Martin Goodman Trail. Take this waterfront trail west of downtown to Trillium Park to take in epic views of the Toronto skyline and Lake Ontario.
Take a class at Barry’s Bootcamp
Swift has been known to work up a sweat at Barry’s Bootcamp. With two Toronto locations (one in Yorkville and one in the Entertainment District), you too can make time for this popular high-intensity interval workout.
Combining running and weights, Barry’s 50-minute classes will get your adrenaline pumping and who knows: maybe you’ll bump into her in the Red Room.
Play pickleball
Pickleball is the world’s fastest-growing sport—and Swift plays, too! Pack your lavender pirouette skirt (because obviously you ordered this after she was spotted playing pickleball in it) and hit up Fairgrounds Racket Club for a game or two.
With four locations around the city, this racket club is free to join, and its happy, social vibe totally tracks with what Taylor loves.
Practice breathwork
“You need to calm down,” sings Swift. The singer has been journaling since she was 13 and credits it with helping her anxiety and mental health.
Take some time to breathe and be in the moment with a Reconnect, Restore + Renew class at Trove. This class combines gentle movement and meditation to help you reach a calm headspace.
Prefer a sound bath? Try the Zen Vibes Only class at Chi Junky, where you’ll find a resting posture and restore yourself through stillness to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and percussive instruments.
Save your soles with a therapeutic pedicure
Dancing on stage in heels for hours cannot be easy on Swift’s feet—and your own feet will be able to relate after all the walking around town and dancing you’ll be doing at the show.
Give your soles some much-needed attention with a Rejuvenating Pedicure at Vie Nail & Beauty Salon at The Well, one of downtown’s newest shopping hubs.
Think foot soak, shaping, buffing, cuticle care and scrub, followed by a luxurious soles-to-knees massage and eco-paraffin treatment, finishing with polish to pretty up your toes.
Go out for zero-alcohol drinks
We’ve all heard how Swift gave up alcohol while preparing for her tour. Thankfully, there are some great options for going spirit-free in Toronto.
At Compton Ave.—the luxe Little Portugal bar from Toronto mixology expert Frankie Solarik that’s inspired by one of London’s most exclusive addresses—order the refined Rose Julep, a refreshing mix of Martini Vibrante, star anise, lemon, bitters and grapefruit soda.
Or hit up the posh hot spot Jade Yorkville for a Fauxy 75 (a delightful mocktail that highlights non-alcoholic Tanqueray Flor de Sevilla, kefir, honey, miso, umeboshi, lemon and Oddbird sparkling wine).
There are plenty of places to say cheers with non-alcoholic drinks in Toronto for those who prefer a sober lifestyle or a zero-proof night out.
Get your caffeine fix
We all know Swift loves coffee. We think if she wants to try a local coffee shop instead of her signature “Shake It Off” Ice Shaken Espresso, she’d love the charming vibes of Dineen Coffee (the airy location on downtown Yonge Street has a Red Era aesthetic) or the super quaint garden patio at Cafe 23 on Queen Street West (try their chocolate crookie!).
The cat-mom superstar would probably also love Queen West’s Lazy Cat Cafe, where you can sip a latte and play with rescue cats who are up for adoption.
Experience hydrotherapy with your squad
We’ve all witnessed how Swift makes time to spend time with her gal pals. As we all know, quality time with your squad will always feed your soul. So grab your besties and catch up while taking the waters!
If you’re into cold plunging (reportedly great for boosting energy, reducing inflammation and enhancing circulation), book your group into Othership, where you can cycle from the sauna to the ice baths. Choose between two locations in the city.
Prefer a traditional water circuit? With two convenient locations in the city, Body Blitz Spa features three pools to cycle through, along with a eucalyptus steam room and infrared sauna (book yourself a Body Glow treatment while you’re there!).
Follow Swift’s weekday diet
Taylor has dished in the past that during the week, she typically eats salads, yogurt and sandwiches. Fuel yourself for your Toronto adventures with a stop at Mandy’s Salads.
This popular Montreal-based chain now has three locations in the city (all very cute and Instagrammable) with a menu of habit-forming salads.
Their top-selling salad in Toronto, Peanut Satay, has a tangy citrus dressing that is the perfect match to the mixed greens combined with chunks of mango, wonton strips, purple cabbage, peanut mock chicken and more.
Enjoy breakfast in bed at Bisha Hotel
When the Eras Tour descends upon Toronto this November, the Entertainment District’s Bisha Hotel will be transformed into the ultimate Taylor Swift hub.
The decor of each floor in the hotel will be inspired by one of the Eras, and there’s even one suite that’s now permanently known as The Taylor. This suite comes complete with friendship bracelets, a curated Swiftie playlist and Taylor Swift-inspired artwork by Toronto-based artist Nashid Chroma, which you can take home with you.
If you’ve booked at Bisha Hotel for any of the nights of Taylor Swift’s six Toronto concerts (November 14–16 and 21–23, 2024), be sure to pregame on the top floor in the Lovers Lounge, where you can enjoy cocktails inspired by the singer, make your own friendship bracelets and get hair and makeup touch-ups for the big show.
