Writer/journalist Rosemary Akpan’s favourite Toronto experiences revolve around food, fun—and surprisingly—a lot of sun. “The city during the summertime is when I like to do the most exploring. I recently found a nice tennis court in Rosedale that my friends and I make a lot of use of,” she says. After a long day at the court Akpan cools off at a nearby diner or juicery.
