Destination Toronto’s office has six dedicated video conference rooms available to be booked for use:
- Kipling - Video Conference Room
- Runnymede - Video Conference Room
- Wilson - Video Conference Room
- Summerhill - Video Conference Room
- Broadview - Video Conference Room
- McCowan - Video Conference Room
These rooms offer closed door privacy for video meetings with up to four onsite people. A large, high resolution monitor is attached to the conference room table, topped by a 1080p camera with stereo microphones. This camera allows a full view of the room, including the whiteboard.

- Turn on the monitor using the remote control (see additional directions under Remote Control).
- Connect one of the cables to your device (see additional directions under Cable Connections).
- Start your meeting app.
- Controls for selecting camera, microphone, and audio output for a meeting are found in the video conferencing software (Meet, Teams, Zoom etc.).

Each Video conference room has the same monitor and remote control. Use the remote control to:
- Turn the monitor on and off
- Control the monitor volume
- Access the monitors menu system to change which HDMI connection is used

Two cable connectivity options are provided, and can be found below the monitor:
- The USB-C connection uses input HDMI 1 on all monitors and provides access to the room's camera and a power supply.
- The HDMI connection uses input HDMI 2 on all monitors and only provides video output to the monitor.
HDMI 1 is the default input. Use the remote control to access the monitor's menu system to change to HDMI 2.

Pressing one of the Menu Access buttons on the remote control (see additional directions under Remote Control) will open the monitor menu system.
Use this menu system to change the monitors HDMI inputs (see additional directions under Cable Connections).
- HDMI 1 is connected to the USB-C cable
- HDMI 2 is connected to the HDMI cable
- Use the Ok button on the remote control to select the input

The video conference rooms offer a USB-C and a HDMI connection to the monitor. If there are signal issues when connecting a presentation device please check the following:
- Is the monitor using the correct input? Check the monitor menu.
- No audio? Use the remote control to check the monitor volume levels.
- Using the USB-C connection? Does your device have the right USB-C port? Video and audio output require Thunderbolt 3 or USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 as a minimum. Does another device work?
- Under the table is where most of the A/V equipment exists. To supply power to all of these components, there is also a power bar. Please turn the power bar off for 10 seconds, and turn it back on. Please wait for a few moments for everything to power back up.

The video conference rooms offer an overview camera above the monitor. This camera is only available when using the USB-C connection. If there are camera issues when connecting a presentation device please check the following:

- End your meeting.
- Disconnect the USB-C or HDMI cable from your device.
- Turn the monitor off using the remote control.
- Please leave the room as you found it, pushing in chairs, and disposing of garbage and recycling.
- Please notify the Office Manager if a more than basic clean is required.
