The Pearson room is one of Destination Toronto's midsized meeting rooms with seating for up to nine (9). Pearson includes a large monitor with built in audio and an HDMI connection on the table.
The Billy Bishop room is slightly smaller than the Pearson Room, with seating for six (6). Billy Bishop includes a large monitor with built in audio and an HDMI connection on the table.

- Turn on the monitor using the remote control.
- Connect your device using the HDMI cable in the table box (see additional directions under HDMI Table Box).

The Pearson room monitor uses the following remote control.
Use the remote control to:
- Turn the monitor on and off.
- Control the monitor volume.
- Use the Input button to ensure the monitor is using HDMI 1.

The HDMI connection for the Pearson room can be found in the box embedded in the table. Flip the top cover up, and slide it down to find the HDMI cable.

The Pearson room uses a wireless HDMI transmitter to avoid cables running across the floor. This transmitter has a base station in the credenza below the monitor.
- Open the right side cupboard doors.
- In the lower left, there should be a small black box, this is the base station.
- If the light is Red, press the power button to wake the device up.

- End your meeting.
- Disconnect the HDMI cable from your device.
- Turn off the A/V system using the remote control.
- Please leave the room as you found it, pushing in chairs, and disposing of garbage and recycling.
- Please notify the Office Manager if a more than basic clean is required.
