Our office at Queens Quay offers four meeting spaces, and six video conference rooms. These rooms and spaces are booked through our Google Workspace calendar and interfaces with HIVE through the backend.

- Confirm that the space is available for the date and time needed using its calendar.
- Create a new calendar event using the "+ Create" button in the upper left corner of Workspace.
- Fill out the event details, including participants.
- Select the room to be reserved using the Add room or location section.
- Save and Send the event invite when complete.
In the background, the space will be reserved, and calendar invites sent by Workspace. HIVE will pick-up this new reservation and create bookings for all participants. Participants that do not have an account in HIVE will receive a second email from HIVE App to confirm there as well.
Within HIVE, the meeting creator will see not only their own booking, but also those of the participants they invited. On the day of the meeting, the meeting creator will be able to check themselves, and their participants, into the office via HIVE. The check-in process generates a COVID screening.

All office visitors require HIVE Check-In for contact tracing, and COVID screening purposes. If your visitor doesn't require a meeting or desk space, please book and check them in using the following:
- Launch HIVE Office from your mobile device.
- In the lower right corner, select Start Here.
- Select Book Visitor's Spot option.
- Fill out the requested information and Continue.
- Select the date the visitor will be in the office.
- When asked for a location for this visitor, select the Visitor Lobby and the Book It button.
- The visitor will receive an email from HIVE App, and you will see a Check-in option for them in your HIVE.
